- Do I have to measure myself?
No you do not! But it can certainly help if you have a tape measure handy and can provide us with a basic idea of what the dimensions of your project entail (ie length of walls, ceiling heights and appliance specifications)

We offer a wide selection so that our designs can be tailored to fit everyone's tastes. Cabinetry can range from simple and contemporary, to highly artistic and custom, depending on your needs and budget.

- Which finishes are better?
Our finishes are catalyzed, which offers better, long-term protection than lacquer finishes.

- Do solid wood doors cost more than veneered doors?
Not always, the price can vary depending on the level of detail, wood species and finish.

- How do I care for my cabinets?
We recommend a light application of warm water and soap on a damp rag.

- What is the warranty on my cabinets?
The hinges and glides have a lifetime warranty. The components of the cabinetry are warranted for 10 years against defects in craftsmanship.

- How do I move my shelves?
Our shelf clips are designed to prevent movement during earthquakes. We recommend using a putty knife in order to depress the top of the shelf clip in order to slide the shelf free of the cabinet.

- Will my cabinets fade?
All cabinets change color over time, because the air and light around us are constantly hitting the surfaces of our cabinets. It is most common to see cherry wood get darker with time, depending on the amount of light exposure

- What should I do with this broken door?
If you have just moved into a new home, please notify your homebuilder of the problem. If this is from an older home, we will do our best to accomodate you, so please contact us and be sure to include the size, color and any other detail available. Please keep in mind that our product is like fine furniture, so it does take time to have replacement parts made for you.

- My doors and drawers don't line up?
Our cabinetry requires minute adjustments over time. Just as a car needs an alignment, our cabinetry may need to have adjustments made.
